I am pleased to bring to the Southern Cross Management team over three decades of operating experience in manufacturing and service organizations with assignments from the director to CEO level in both small private and large multi-national companies. For the past few years I have been focusing on helping small to medium sized companies define and reach their goals. This activity has involved creating and implementing strategic plans to ensure that shareholder value is maximized. These responsibilities have involved successful divesture of business units from creation of positioning documents through final negotiation and executions of transactions. My career has been built on a high level of integrity and insistence on client satisfaction.
