Since 1971, I’ve been involved in financing projects and transactions of all sizes and types, both in the U.S. and overseas. As a senior-level commercial banker, I managed bank development projects (expanding branch networks; from land acquisition through construction), and specialized in bank mergers and acquisitions.

In ‘89, I left commercial banking to enter the world of investment banking and international finance. For the past 15 years, I’ve been assisting businesses and organizations fund projects and transactions including: business startups, loan refinancing, software and equipment procurements, leveraged buyouts, and private placements. From ‘93 to ‘98, I was an international project finance specialist (World Bank overseas projects).

In 1998, I left the rigors of international travel behind to focus 100% on small and medium-size business transactions in MD, DE, Washington, DC and Northern VA. I derive enormous satisfaction helping finance, expand and grow.
