Bill's finance career began in 1984 as Managing Director of a diversified regional Real Estate Development and Investment firm, which specialized in Land Development, Syndication and Investment Grade Real Estate. During his tenure, we completed 30 projects with a market value of $750 million.

In the early 1990's he migrated to the capital markets rendering his services to financial firms with impaired assets and high levels of borrower bankruptcy and delinquencies. During this time Bill developed and led a team of workout professionals with a mission to assist individual and corporate borrowers in preserving their credit and assets through creative means. With the improvement of the economy in the mid-1990's, he followed his Capital Market relationships into numerous transactions spanning Venture Capital financing, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Turn-arounds and Restructuring.
